Renewals
Every year, you must renew your registration and any certifications to maintain your registration by the renewal deadline. The renewal application must be completed online through ROSS. For a step by step renewal completion video, please click here.
Renewal period
Your registration renewal period opens early this year on Nov. 1, 2024 — two weeks earlier than last year. You must renew by Dec. 31, 2024, at 4:30pm to ensure your registration is not cancelled. If you don’t renew by the deadline, your registration is cancelled, and, if you want to continue practising in 2025, you will be required to pay your renewal fee and a reinstatement fee of $10 per day starting on January 1, 2025, up to a maximum of $250, per CCHPBC bylaws, Schedule 4, Paragraph 9.0.
The renewal fees are staying the same: $2,090. Fees are not increasing this year.
How to pay
The only accepted methods of online payment are VISA and MasterCard. If you choose to pay by certified cheque or bank draft, you must ensure that the College receives your certified cheque or bank draft by December 31, 2024 at 4:30 pm.
