Navigating the New Licensee Portal
What is changing with the CRM transition?
CCHPBC is moving from our four legacy systems to a centralized CRM platform (Alinity). This system will replace the current licensee and applicant portals and will serve as the single platform for managing interactions with licensees and applicants across all four professions.
The goal of the transition is to streamline processes, standardize workflows across professions, and improve service delivery.
How do I activate my new licensee portal account in Alinity?
You will receive an email from registration@cchpbc.ca with instructions on how to activate your new licensee portal account.
You will be asked to:
- click on a confirmation link (expires within seven (7) days).
- create a password.
- Verify both your personal and practice information.
- For naturopathic medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture licensees only – download, sign, and upload the new Consent for Criminal Record Check form to your profile.
Once your licensee portal account is activated, you will be able to access the new system and review your licence information.
What if I did not receive my activation email?
If you have not received an email from registration@cchpbc.ca on April 23, 2026, with instructions on how to activate your account, follow the below steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- If the email is not in your spam or junk folder, then please contact the College at registration@cchpbc.ca to confirm your correct email and address is on file.
- Once this information is confirmed, we will resend you an email to activate your licensee portal account.
How do I create a secure password?
Below are the steps to guide you on how to set up a secure password:
- It cannot be blank.
- Must be longer than 8 characters.
- Needs at least one uppercase character.
- Needs at least one lowercase character.
- Needs at least one symbol/punctuation character (for example, periods, @-symbol).
- Cannot be the same as your prior password.
- Must not contain spaces or the “#” symbol.
How do I update “My Profile” in Alinity?
Below are the steps for updating your profile in Alinity:
- Sign in to the licensee portal.
- Once signed in, select “My Profile” on left side menu.
- Select “Edit Profile“.
- Add information or edit information.
- Select the “Submit” button at the bottom of the profile form.
- Depending on the information submitted, the form may be locked for further changes until the College’s review and approval. Items may include name change, new education, new insurance, and unlisted organization.
- CCHPBC will review and approve all updates. If there are any further information needed, you will receive feedback in your profile.
- Log back into your licensee portal and select “update” to review feedback and resubmit the change request if needed.
How do I renew my licence in Alinity?
To renew your licence, follow the below steps:
- Sign in to the Licensee Portal, select Renew button.
- Upload all mandatory documents and complete the required fields.
- Review the Declarations. Note – if any section of the Declaration is answered with a “Yes” response, then a pop-up box will appear on the screen, and you will be required to provide comments to expand on your reply.
- Select Submit.
- Your renewal request is sent to CCHPBC for review. Once approved, the “Pay” button will appear in your home dashboard.
- Select the Pay button to proceed with payment.
- Enter payment details.
- After the payment has been processed, the invoice, permit and tax receipts are available for you to download and print.

How do I access my invoices and/or receipts and make a payment in Alinity?
To view your invoices and/or receipts, follow the below steps:
- Once you are logged in, look for the My Invoices section from the home dashboard.
- Within “My Invoices”, you see unpaid invoices, if applicable.
- Select the money sign $ to view the details of the invoice.
- Select on the Pay button to make your payment.
- To view previously paid invoices, select the Include paid tick box. This will allow you to see all paid invoices and download copies of the receipts for your records.

How do I search the Registry?
To search for practitioners licensed with CCHPBC, follow the below steps:
- The Registry is accessible directly through the website at www.cchpbc.ca.
- On the top menu, under the tab For the Public, select Registry.
- You will be directed to the Registry where you can search for a licensees’ status, profession, and any limits or conditions on their licence.
- Licensees may be searched by: First name, Last name, Licensee number, Practice City, and practice Postal code.
- You can enter one field, or multiple fields, to narrow your search. For example, by entering just the Last name, the search will return all licensees with that same last name.
- Select the Details button to open the public profile of the Licensee.
