The CCHPBC Registry enables you to verify the licence of a current licensee in any of the four professions regulated by the College. Select the “Licensee Search” button below to access the registry. Then, in the search form that appears, licensees may be found by first name, last name, licence number, practice city, or postal code.

If you would like to verify information about former licensees who are no longer listed in the Registry, please contact CCHPBC. As a public body operating in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, CCHPBC protects personal information and will not release personal details without proper authorization or clear legal authority.

Important Notice to Insurers

CCHPBC has transitioned to a new licensing portal system, and as part of this transition, licensees will be assigned new licence numbers in phases by profession.

Chiropractors were assigned new licence numbers on June 17, naturopathic physicians on September 1, traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and acupuncturists on September 2, and massage therapists will transition on October 5, 2026. 

All licensees must transition to their new licence numbers by March 31, 2027. There is no change to how licence status should be verified – please continue to use the College Registry and established verification processes. This transition does not affect licence status, licensure history, or standing. Questions can be directed to registration@cchpbc.ca.
