The below updated fee schedule is not currently in effect. The revised structure is intended to be in effect in early November once the bylaw amendment has been filed with the Ministry of Health. 


Please note: All application and examination fees are non-refundable. 

APPLICATION FEES

Practising registration application: $225

Examination Fees

Full registration examination 

  • Each attempt: $1,970 

Partial registration examination, online CKT portion 

  • Each attempt: $490 

Partial registration examination, online LEP portion 

  • Each attempt: $372 

Partial registration examination, performance-based assessment 

  • Each attempt: $1,040 

Registration examination cancellation – 15 days or more in advance: $310

Prior learning assessment Fees

Application and online-self assessment: $150 

Clinical competence assessment (online theory portion): $550 

Clinical competence assessment (practical portion): $1,050 

Clinical competence assessment (online theory practice test):  $50 

Change fee for clinical competence assessment: $200

Quality assurance Fees

Non-compliance with practice development requirements: $100 

Non-compliance with college-directed learning activity: $100 

CCHPBC-authored course – Boundaries and Informed Consent: $75 

CCHPBC-authored course – Code of Ethics and Practice Environment Standard: $75  

College-directed learning activity re-enrollment (each attempt): $75 

Registration RENewal FEES

Practising registration: $890 (2025-2026), $1,030 (2027) 

Non-practising registration: $375  

Late renewal: $100 

Changes In Registration Status

Application fee: $75 

Non-practising to practising registration: $375  

Reinstatement

Application fee: $225 

Registration Reinstatement – Failure to renew within 3 months: $990 

Registration Reinstatement – If failure to renew exceeds 3 months  

  • Former to Massage Therapy: Practising Registration- if change made January 1-June 30: $890 
  • Former to Massage Therapy: Practising Registration – if change made July 1-December 31: $375 
  • Disciplined Person: $890 

Health profession corporation Fees

Permit application: $150 

Permit renewal: $75 

Late permit renewal: $125 

Administrative FEES

Letter of good standing: $40 

Dishonoured cheques: $25 

Duplicate receipts: $25 

Duplicate college-issued confirmation of registration: $40 

Written analysis of failed registration examination – each portion: $150 

Standard first aid/cpr-c

Non-compliance with Standard First Aid/CPR-C Requirement: $75
