Private community health practice access to PharmaNet via Excelleris (LaunchPad) will be discontinued on January 31, 2026.
After this date, PharmaNet access through Excelleris will no longer be available.
What You Must Do to Continue Access
To maintain PharmaNet access beyond January 31, 2026, registrants must:
- Contact a new PharmaNet software vendor (other than Excelleris), and
- Register a new site in PRIME using that vendor, and
- Once the site is connected by the vendor, provide current PRIME approval email to the to the site’s PharmaNet administrator.
When registering:
- Do not enter your existing PharmaNet site ID
- A new PharmaNet site ID will be issued and provided directly to your new vendor
Before You Register
Please review the requirements for registering a community practice site to avoid delays: PRIME User Guides.
Act Early, Do Not Delay
CCHPBC strongly encourages registrants not to wait to begin this process.
Registering a new site in PRIME and onboarding with a new vendor can take time. As the January 31, 2026 deadline approaches, delays are more likely and could result in interrupted access to PharmaNet, which may affect your ability to practice.
Early action will help ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted access.
