The Ministry of Health has directed the 11 colleges to amalgamate by the end of June 2024.In recognition of this significant undertaking, the Ministry of Health has committed to providing initial funding to begin amalgamation work and additional funding for resources required to implement these amalgamations.
Regulatory health colleges recently received a letter from the Ministry of Health outlining next steps for the amalgamation of 11 health regulators into two colleges. As a reminder, this involves:
- The creation of a new college of allied health professionals through the amalgamation of:

- The creation of a new college of complementary and alternative professions through the amalgamation of:
