Consultation on Health Professions and Occupations Act draft bylaws
CCHPBC is seeking feedback from members of the public, registrants (licensees), and health partners on the draft bylaws under the Health Professions and Occupations Act (HPOA).
A parallel consultation process will seek consultation specifically with the nominees of Indigenous governing bodies in British Columbia; however, all persons wishing to do so, including Indigenous persons, are invited to provide feedback via the current process.
The bylaws open for consultation can be found in the table below. To provide feedback on the draft bylaws, please submit an online feedback form.
