Registry
The CCHPBC Registry enables you to verify the licence of a current licensee in any of the four professions regulated by the College. Select the “Licensee Search” button below to access the registry. Then, in the search form that appears, licensees may be found by first name, last name, licensee number, practice city, or postal code.

If you would like to verify information about former licensees who are no longer listed in the Registry, please contact CCHPBC. As a public body operating in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, CCHPBC protects personal information and will not release personal details without proper authorization or clear legal authority.
Important Notice to Insurers
At this time, newly assigned licence numbers are not yet activated for verification purposes.
Until further notice, insurers and third-party organizations are advised to search for licensees in the College Registry using the licensee’s first and last name only and verify that the last two digits of the displayed licence number match the current licence number.
