Consultation on Health Professions and Occupations Act draft bylaws and harmonized standards
CCHPBC is seeking feedback from members of the public, registrants (licensees), and health partners on the draft bylaws under the Health Professions and Occupations Act (HPOA), and harmonized standards that are aligned across the four professions regulated by the college.
A parallel consultation process will seek consultation on the draft bylaws specifically with the nominees of Indigenous governing bodies in British Columbia; however, all persons wishing to do so, including Indigenous persons, are invited to provide feedback via the current process.
